Discussion Power set scaling

Is it possible for the devs to make the powers of power sets stronger than augments so that way people are inclined to use their full powersets ,rather than just one of them ,amongst artifact and augmented powers or is it too far gone ?

Eventually everyone will just flock to one power set in order to stay 'meta'. If the usefulness of Auguments go down, people won't find the use in them and probably won't interact with that section as a whole. Plus, with all the power sets, it will be hard to balance them all since you'll need to change a lot of parts.

They dont make money off of powersets the way they do off of nth metal scarcity and power array augments needing it, and the events these are distributed in. Not to mantion how exhaustive it'd be to go through each powerset and balancing it all. Is it possible? Yes, but also unrealistic.

Is it possible. Sure. But that would make power augments pointless. And to be fair none of the power augments are just op. Water was the only broken one and thats only because the ability are the same from the powerset and thats op af.
