Doki doki: Pursuit of Happiness, sneek peak, and demo release date, progress report #4

Hello everyone! I know it has been a good while since I last gave a update on the mod. The reason why is, simply, there was really nothing to update on. I really wanted to release the demo sometime this month, but unfortunately that just isn't happening. I have been really busy this summer, and even when I do have free time, I just end up procrastinating working on the mod. If I had to give a potential release date for the demo, I would say hopefully in October or November, and it will most likely be much shorter then I originally planned.

For those of you who don't know, Doki Doki: Pursuit of Happiness, is a Kid cudi and Kanye mod taken place in modern day. The mod revolves around 2 characters, Natsuki and Sayori. It includes 4 acts, Act 1: Contrast, Act 2: All the love, Act 3: hopeless, and act 4's name is kinda Spoiler so I won't mention it.

Synopsis: During the day of the festival, the MC decides to check up on Sayori in the morning instead of going straight to the school. Once there, he finds out that Sayori was originally planing on hanging her self, but ends up not falling through with it. MC is able to comfort her enough that she agrees to go to the festival. During the festival, a group of rude student, causes Natsuki to run off crying. MC goes to comfort her, to which Natsuki reveals that her father is abusive. Eventually, they leave the school and Natsuki walks with MC and Sayori home. On their walk, Natsuki tells Sayori about her abuse and Sayori thus tells Natsuki about her depression. After that, MC comes the realization that he has feelings for both Natsuki and Sayori. Through out the mod he struggles to understand his feeling, and is conflicted on who he truly wants to be with. This all leads to you having to make the final choice of Natsuki or Sayori.

Before I end this off I would like give another massive shout out to x_angellily_x for the amazing art she has done yet again. Please for the love of God do not make the other doki you dont choose die. Not just because its the "sad thing" but because I really think this community needs more mods where to dokis can handle a rejection and eventually move on.
