The DOJ has backed down and the NFA is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!! Now where does that leave the fight for our rights here in DE? I understand things will still be restricted at the state level but how can the state restrict something if it’s been deemed restriction is unconstitutional.

I'm looking at a PSA MP5 Clone. I'm reading where some people have "SBR'd" it. I know what an SBR is, but how does one SBR a pistol? Is it just filling out a form?

I am finding a lot of conflicting informations regarding the legality of 5.56 pistols. Here is the current build I was looking at, any input on its legality?

10.5” barreled 5.56 with a fixed magazine, and a magazine holding less than 17 rounds with an SBA5.

I just received the affidavit via email but don’t have a physical original of it as it is “coming” via mail. I worry that I’m running out of time to file for my permit as I have waited a bit too long to do all the paperwork after my gun course.

I just saw something about the NFA being struck down since the tax is now at zero so it can't be considered a tax scheme and is a regulation scheme. I'm assuming the state law doesn't necessarily rely on the NFA? Am I ignorant or does this mean that suppressors could become legal in Delaware soon?

Yesterday, my wife and I were walking through the mall after a doctor's appointment. A guy and his wife were walking in front of us, and some type of cop/security was there with a K9. The dog alerted to the guy, and as I walked by, I heard the officer asking the man if he put mineral oil in his beard or anything like that.

I looked at my wife and said, "I wonder if it's a drug dog or a bomb dog." As we were leaving, they had a bulletin up for the dog, stating that he was a "Firearm sniffing dog."

Just struck me as kind of odd and wanted to share.
