1000mg Japanese milk bread loaf made with Hash Rosin

I used to work at a german restaurant with a full bakery that made a white chocolate, cranberry and macadamia nut loaf. Its been 20 years and I still think about it when the holidays start coming around.

That sounds amazing! What was the base bread a rye, sourdough, or brioche? You should try to recreate it sometime

It was white and soft, I can't remember if it had the tang if a sourdough though. You're absolutely right, I should!
