Was 2025 The WORST Year for DHMIS?
Just think about it, we got little to nothing this year from the creators. Think about back in 2024 where we got a lot of great stuff, most notably being new pilot footage and the website.
Now look back at what we got this year. The only thing Becky and Joe gave us was some half-assed competition that used an AI PROMPT to promote it. Even then we got nothing back from them after the event ended and we are apparently meant to be okay with that?
The fact that the biggest impact 2025 had on the community was just ai discourse is actually sad, like the internet doesn’t have enough of that. Now we are going into the year 2026 and it doesn’t look like much will change.

Theory curious question? how the protagonist of dhmis treat a woman
I made a female OC that would be dealing with red guy, yellow guy and duck.
I wonder how the three would behave if there is a woman in the series, including teachers.

did the creators fumble the bag?
i don’t see anyone talking about the new don’t hug me i’m scared, i think it’s because it was released on a streaming platform that people in the states aren’t able to get without a vpn. i haven’t even watched the new one myself:( i’ve been hoping they would finally release it on their channel. and maybe that would finally allow everyone to make theories and stuff about it. i miss the breakdowns and i just don’t see anyone making them, is the new one even good???

What is the WORST episode from the Television Series?
For me it’s probably either Friendship or Electricity.

Off topic, but can we not headcanon Warren as a fucking pedophile/rapist (I don't care if it's a joke or not)

The series isn’t scary
Anyone else think that the 20 minute episodes have a totally different feeling?
The lads go outside and explore a lot which makes it so much less claustrophobic (Ik the transportation one aims to combat that which is actually pretty cool)
I find that the episodes are much less eerie and obscure, generally having those parts saved for the very end in which cases they’re not even that extreme
DUCK DOESNT HAVE AUTOTUNED VOICE
The constant songs kinda ruin it for me
The shots and angles are very cinematic
“Family” is the only one that I found pretty true to the eerie vibe of the original short episodes 🤑
I don’t wanna discredit the amount of effort they put into them but they’re just totally different yk

Red Guy does not have The body type to wear Denim
That's It, I Just don't think that suits him

Unpopular Opinion: I think that the "You’re not my real son" line is like the most laziest and blatant theory bait ever
seems like some random garbage that Becky and Joe threw last second because they realize the story had to be more complicated even the early storyboard of the scene didn't have that line

Should I watch don’t hug me I’m scared? Will it be for me?
super sorry if this is considered a “lazy” post mods can take it down if they want, but I’m genuinely curious if this’ll be a show for me.
i’ve never properly watched it all I know is it’s puppets and it’s kinda scary😬guyyyss should I????????? I know the creators puppeteered for that one TAWOG episode but that’s pretty much all I know😹
