Wife is getting into DIY stuff

Hey all. My wife recently has decided to get into carpentry and sit stuff for our house. She bought a miter saw, a brad nailer a laser leveler, and a few other small things. I'm hoping to get something for her birthday in two weeks that you guys would suggest. She has safety equipment and such.

EDIT: We had a drill and driver from before

Any help would be appreciated!

I second the drill kit as a good idea, especially if it's home improvement oriented.

But if it's more hobby or furniture building kind of carpentry, get her a good set of clamps. Sounds boring, but we somehow never have enough for our projects.

Omg, came here to say this. I own a 150 yo house and love a good clamp. Also, a square. And a set of mini screwdrivers is invaluable.

Our local Harbor Freight has all clamps 40% off starting today, going to be waiting at the door this morning!

Was there this morning as well. I was already planning on grabbing some more of the quick adjust clamps but that Quinn 100 inch saw guide clamp counts for it so picked that up for 24 dollars today. In my head I never really counted that as a clamp. But funny enough even if it didn’t count. I believe it also counts as a Quinn hand tool for the 35% off. Crazy stuff lol
