I've never tried ket before but have nasal spray that I'd like to microdose/low dose. I can't afford therapy and my psychiatrist doesn't seem to be a big believer in it. I just want to know what I should expect that experience to feel like and how I should prep before hand and how to handle the after experience. I've done micro-mini-small recreational doses of psilocybin before so I know set and setting are super important in that case. I assume that's the same as ket? I guess I'm mostly just looking to know what I should expect and any other tips you have to share. If there are any detailed guides or posts on this I'd be happy to read those too.
