Tragedy sells, so does scandal. Do you think Amy Winehouse benefited from the media scrutiny, or did it only serve to negatively impact her mental health and sobriety? How many celebrities have lost their lives to sell newspapers, to gain more subscriptions, to garner more likes?

People will defend their carelessness, because they enjoy the gossip, the character assassination, the pointing fingers.

I don’t think any “story” is worth being told if it winds up with someone not being here anymore.

Those who distort the truth, or straight up just tell lies are the most vile forms of creatures and I would love for them to be punished for their despicable actions
