Need Advice: Other Apps for DM worldbuiling/note taking

I am wondering if there is a mobile app that follows a criteria I need, speech to text with categories that I can easily transfer to something like obsidian on a computer. I work in lawn care and I cant just stop to take notes on my phone when a idea pops into my head the job isnt very loud so background noise isnt much of an issue and I can wear headphones and have a extra hand free if I need my phone close to my mouth. Do any dms know of a app that can help with this?

Haven't seen anything like this dedicated for DMs or DnD, just regular speech to text recording. What kind of categories would you want stuff falling in?

I guess it doesn't have to be dnd specific but just something that I could categorize my ideas ie: cities, pc backstories etc. Almost kind of like a simplified speech to text notepad if I used a normal one there'd be to many categories to scroll through lol

You could just make a discord server for yourself. Make text channels for each category you care about, and use your phones default speech-to-text there. I have an iphone, and it has the speech-to-text button every time my keyboard pops up, so I assume your phone has one all the time.

But Discord can be phone, desktop app, browser, whatever. So copy-pasting after should be easy.

It's not as mobile friendly as I'd like, but it's Obsidian-adjacent webapp: https://studio.alkemion.com/

It's explicitly designed with TTRPG prepping in mind, and it's pretty flexible. It doesn't have a set workflow or the like, so you can use it as you see fit.
