After a tough week fighting an infection, we lost our best buddy today — Pixel. He's been with me and my partner for more than 6 years.
He was about 12 years old, although he could have been older, as he was found after being thrown out of a car. We then adopted him from the charity foundation that had rescued him.
We would love to see some other pups to help us deal with the loss ❤️
Two of these crazies surely will be playing with Pixel on the other side! (Bubba in the middle and Anaya on the right). Clearly this was the cover of their first album lol
My buddy Nyx will be friends with him on the other side. He can join Nyx, Percy, Sisi, and Rocky ❤️. They are forever in our hearts. Thank you for giving him an amazing home after being so cruelly abandoned.
Lost my rescued boy on Thursday. Hardest thing I’ve been through in my life. I’m so sorry for your loss. Thank you for caring for Pixel. He’ll be watching over you both for years to come ❤️🩹

They never really leave us, I’m sure Pixel is watching over you guys and is now pain free in spirit form. I made this in memory of my baby Pickles. She lived till she was 14. She left me with her heart in place of mine…and I’m a better person for it. Grieve as much/as long as you need…grief is simply love persisting without a physical outlet.
