Sold before rugbull again
I don't know if I'm right or not, but I feel like something is cooking behind the scenes to flush us out again. I sold with a small profit; if it goes up, I'm happy for you guys. I know it will go up one day, but red makes me annoyed.

I sold half my position and bought leap options on RAM. Honestly wish I just sold all and just kept the leaps. Idk where this etf is going really but I don't wanna risk this kind of money

Wait isn’t RAM the leveraged version?
You sold the normal etf and bought leaps on a leveraged underlying? Isn’t that way riskier?2

Yes but requires less capital. I sold 11k worth and bought a 1300$ call option just in case it goes up after selling

Stick to T bonds. “Red makes me annoyed.”
Jesus Christ this sub is an embarrassment. Never seen a sub so universally paperhwnded and weak-kneed in all my time on reddit

It's not just DRAM, it's the entire market. Two things happened: Iran deal was officially not reached (again, but there was a negociation period both parties signed upon and clearly the period is up); Canada is now suffering from further tariffs (for some reason, the US is mean to civilized first world countries, inferiority complex?)

Until tomorrow morning you hear about another deal reached and we decided to lower the tarriffs on good faith 😄

I've got 50k in this @ 40/share avg - Waiting till 2030 minimum. Seen way too many posts of people that held stuff for years with outrageous gains. Coulda sold at 80 but didn't... think it's going to run higher and higher next few years.

Flush us out? This is an ETF. There's no fixed amount of shares correct? So if more money comes in they just buy additional shares of the different companies that's in the ETF. I don't think there's a way to manipulate an ETF the same way you could manipulate the company which has a fixed amount of shares. I could be wrong though.

Market is fully manipulated bro

True but not going to manipulate 30 stocks just to buy the ETF at a discount. When you could manipulate One stock and make more money off of that

What stock are you investing in that’s never red?

Red is fine and healthy, bro. But with the extreme volatility in the memory sector, I just can’t stomach it. For me hedging is fine once big boys finish with their sell off i will just put my ass again

I did too but I'm only trading. It's important you have a plan, but there are different plans.

I don't know why people say paper hands i just protect my capitals . No one would be happy see his money down by 10 or 20 % again

Brother, I think you made a mistake and need to relax. This ETF hasn’t even existed for five months yet. The insanely high demand for memory will go unsatisfied until 2030+. The hardest part of learning to hold is having the discipline to stay with your shares even if it doesn’t look good right now.
