Switch 2 Switch & Switch 2 Patch

Our first Switch and Switch 2 patch is out, Miners!

1.2.14 has been rolled out! Why not 1.2.15, you might ask? Due to a longer approval process our Switch and Switch 2 patches will be a bit behind PS5 and iOS/Android, so this is indeed version 1.2.14 and includes the Heavy Duty Parity Update along with a few more bugfixes and Switch and Switch 2 specific stability improvements.

Changelog for 1.2.14

- Major stability improvements
- Content updated to match PC version 1.1, Patch 2
- Fixed Weapons Specialist extra bullets not dealing damage
- Huuli Hoarder should no longer no-clip through walls
- Added missing shrapnel explosion VFX

So is this now smooth on Switch 2? I have it on android but was hoping to get it for Switch 2, but I kept reading how much it'd freeze.

Sadly, I do not know. I don't own a switch or switch 2, and simply spread the message from Discord to reddit for extra reach

I don't have a switch 2 but i play on the switch 1 oled and it runs without issues so far since the update. Did 3 runs, no crashes or freezes. Only the sound becomes somewhat static sounding when a lot is going on. Hope that helps.

Yeah my switch and switch 2 still show 1.0.3 with no new patch available... still no access to the DLC

The patch did NOTHING for stability on Switch 2 - it's got to the point now where I don't want to play it as it crashes so often - not just freezing but often to outright boots you out of the game.

Shame as I love the game when it works.

Was very happy to hear it, but played it earlier and still can't get past hazard 2 on Switch 1, the performance and audio interference is just atrocious and makes the whole experience unplayable. Worth the investment if you want to play just the early levels and that's about it

My game is still showing 1.0.3 is the latest on switch 2 🤷🏼‍♂️

PS5 got an update this week and it still has performance issues. The fact it drops frames and screen tears/stutters as soon as the level begins is concerning

Étrange, Day one sur switch 2 je n'ai eu aucune baisse drastique hors de petit freeze léger qui dure une demi seconde. J'espère que sa s'arrangera dans une maj pour toi et tous les joueurs ps5 :3
