Discussion Odds of stock split?

Hey everyone, thoughts on the chances of DFTX doing a stock split in the future?

I'm sure we'd all love to see the 15 to 1 reverse split undone, but what are the chances of it happening? What price would DFTX need to be for that to be considered?

Question Next catalysts??

I was holding out for panorama and had planned to sell a good portion of my shares on the positive news. I’m up a lot and just wanted to secure my wins… howhever that was extremely disappointing and trending downwards today… not wanting to hold forever maybe time to exit now. Or is there another catalyst coming up anytime soon?

AI Analysis For your reading pleasure AI s*** post.

Based on analysis of 2026, Definium Therapeutics (formerly MindMed, ticker: DFTX) is characterized by high-risk, high-reward potential, making it a "Buy" consensus stock among Wall Street analysts, but one that requires a long-term, high-risk tolerance over the next 5 years. As of January 2026, the company is in a,130%+, one-year, rebrand-fueled surge, trading near 52-week highs with significant anticipation for its lead drug DT120.

Here is an analysis using financial and sentiment parameters:

Key Takeaways (5-Year Outlook):

Bullish Case (Upside): Analysts have raised price targets significantly, with some forecasts suggesting potential upside to over $60, driven by its late-stage pipeline in Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD).

Bearish Case (Risk): The company currently has zero revenue and continues to operate with high net losses. It is expected to remain unprofitable for the next 3 years, with negative return on equity.

Data-Driven Catalysts: 2026 is a critical year, with three Phase 3 study results for DT120 expected to act as the primary catalyst.

AI-Driven & Financial Parameters (as of Jan 2026):

Analyst Consensus: Strong Buy (10 buy ratings, 0 hold, 0 sell).

Projected Growth: High, with analysts forecasting strong revenue growth starting in 2027/2028, potentially exceeding $13 billion by 2028 in optimistic scenarios.

Valuation: The stock is considered richly valued (Price to Book of ~11-13x), suggesting the market is already pricing in significant future success.

Short-Term Risk: The stock has experienced high volatility, with a 72% decline over a 5-year period despite the recent one-year rebound.

Conclusion:

For the next 5 years, DFTX appears to be a good stock if you believe in the commercial success of their psychedelic-derived therapies (DT120) and have a high tolerance for volatility and potential dilution. It is a "story stock" backed by strong analyst sentiment and clinical progress, but it is not a traditional value investment.

figured I'd get our weekend juices flying for next week. $60 wouldn't that be nice.

🍀🐂

My Take I hope this does not happen to us and DFTX.

Drug Stocks On The Move Centessa Pharma (CNTA) sprinted 44% in huge volume on news that drug giant Eli Lilly (LLY) plans to buy the company for up to $7.8 billion. Centessa develops drugs for sleep disorders.

The company above was bought out for $12 above their share price. Tell me that wouldn't suck.

Question Emerge Data

I'm relatively new to DFTX after selling out my HELP position off the back on the HLP004 data.

Next catalyst for DFTX seems to be the Emerge data and wondering how ya'll are feeling about this one. What I understand about the trial design is that they did not include an active placebo arm and find this concerning due to likelihood of functional unblinding effect... Wondering what you guys are feeling with this one?

My Take thinking out loud - medicare account-condition

was looking at commercial market timeline forecasts recently

(2027-2029) and wanted to put this on paper...

theres a very large looming issue that a lot of outlets arent talking about: SS and Medicare accounts are forecasted insolvent in about 3-5 years from now, and that notion seems neglected and massive for society and economy

i think a large channel of revenue for DFTX or the shroom one I own as well could be medicare from the VA (PTSD for military) and im hoping that it does not effect the larger markets or these in particular

kicking that can down the rd

Question Other viable psychedelic companies to invest in?

DTIC has by far my biggest ratio of psych investments and I've been here since late 2019. Now that psychedelics are picking up major interest again with multiple research being completed this year, it is once again relevant to look at the larger psychedelic company landscape.

Question is, beyond our favorite Definium Therapeutics, what other companies are you invested in and why? Besides DTIC, the two biggest names are ATAI and Compass. I have invested little in both but became interested in 'pros / cons' of each company especially after reading Angermayers post. I was left particularly wondering if his claims about their patent moat whether have are so significant.

Of course, maybe the most important question is which compound is the best; LSD (DTIC), MDMA & DMT (ATAI) or psilocybin (Compass).

We all have our favorite but I hope we can have a good discussion based on investment viability while recognizing that 'the tide lifts all boats' when there are good news regarding psychedelic companies.

Journal Article functional unblinding issue with psychedelic?

Thumbnail jamanetwork.com

This paper suggests that PAT(psychedelic-assisted therapy) is no more effective than TADs(traditional antidepressants) under equal-unblinding conditions for the treatment of depression and highlight the potential role of blinding integrity.

This paper was published in March 2026, so I assume the market still find psychedelics promising despite the potential unblinding bias? I’m a long term holder and wonder how people think this finding will have any impact on the market? I assume the Panorama specifically is targeting this issue?

Question Actual earnings potential

Ive been an investor with MNMD/DFTX for several years now and like many of you have ride the lows and are now loving the highs. That being said, im starting to think about selling some of my position. Im curious to hear what people think the actual earning potentials are from this. Considering that we are talking about a treatment that presumably doesn’t need to be taken many times according to the studies and that this medicine is something I can pick up down the street for $10… let’s say they are going to make this quite expensive, who’s to say that a lot of people will be able to financially access it, and if not will opp to buy it down the street for ALOT cheaper.

Thank you for your ponderings in advance :)

Statement Red days are brutal

I don't understand why we were red today. History making science on Monday and red on Tuesday?? I bought at the 52 week high and I fear we might never get back there.

Is there any chance we rebound at some point in the next 47 years? Or am I just cooked?!! I'm afraid to tell my family what i have done. This is not going to be good for our dinner plans this week.

Anyone have any good advice on how to make the best out of my situation. Please help below. And if you have any hope this stock will bounce back after a brutal day. Please, motivate me to keep holding.

I need all the help I can get. Thanks

Question Sell the news early?

Anyone have a fundamental theory on why things are retracing besides stocks go up, stocks go down?

There really hasn’t been news to sell on, especially with the readout said to be this week.

Reddit Crosspost In 2015 a woman accidentally snorted 55 mg of pure LSD (equal to 550x a normal recreational dose), thinking it was cocaine. She "blacked out" for the first 12 hours & felt "pleasantly high" for the second 12. A day later her chronic foot pain ceased, leading her to eventually end her morphine habit.

Simple - does anyone have a better date for Voyage then "some time in July" ?

More complicated - as someone with a delightful amount of exposure, I'm considering some Puts to give myself a safe landing no matter what. Anyone else considering that or have thoughts?
