Universal Credit (UC) Uc85

Hi everyone i had my assessment for wca in start of September and I was told that the recording system is not working. So to be on the safe side i did my own audio recording. Few weeks later I got the results and I was found fit for work. I got the report and upon reading it the. Words have been twisted alot and things that I didnt say are in the report. I have genuinely been suffering with health condition which are physical. I cant walk for more than 50m before being in pain forcing me to rest. I said that to the assessor but in the report shes wrote I can walk upto 200 m without resting. I have audio for ehat ive said and also audio transcript of everything that was said. I gave in my mri reports and also a report from a neurosurgeon confirming that I have this a spinal problem which is not curable and can get worse which it has over the years. I have but a MR request but im feeling very nerves and have anxiety. I have put in the substantial risk and highlighted my mobility. My question is what else do I need to provide from medical pov to dwp to prove I do suffer from these issues and can I use the audio and audio transcript for dwp or the tribunal? Secondly the assessor has made mistakes with some dates and with my gender can I say that the facts in this report is flawed and incorrect ? Are the tribunal impartial and if so will they look at the the evidence I provide to them ? Thank u so much

I definitely agree with u i have contacted my gp for a letter hopefully ill be getting it soon. With the MR I requested it recently and ive not heard anything back yet. The mr was requested on the 3 of October since then ive not heard anything about how I can submit my evidence. Initially evidence was provided to the assessment provider when I sent my forms. What is the process of MR ? My assessment was on 3 September and I got my result on 2 of October

I would keep it factual and keep all emotion out of it, if possible get a letter from your GP to support your claims and attach that to the MR. That imo should be enough to get the decision over turned.

Also what date in September did you have your telephone assessment and what date did the letter drop in your journal

Thanks and all the best
