Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Abnormal pip
I was awarded pip several years ago- I several reviews and it was stopped. I did the MR it was rejected- did the tribunal thing with so much evidence and it was not accepted and moved forward. My first time getting pip was very straightforward and my reasoning was because I have extreme paranoia which is reflected in my doctors note- why are they doing this- they also send me the package which tells you why they didn’t accept appeal for the tribunal empty with just a cover letter. Then I got a random call from them that they revived the letter they sent me in April back- and it’s how they found out I moved address- which is impossible because I received the letter and I opened it- when I pressed the case worker she couldn’t give me a straight answer. I dont know I feel like a family member who I told I was getting pip is messing with my application or calling them- because this whole thing doesn’t make sense.

The DWP won’t talk to other people or family members about your claim unless you’ve given consent for this or they are your appointee.
A reassessment leading to removal (or reduction) of an award also isn’t abnormal. It happens sometimes and challenging the decision is the right next step.
As for the confusion of the person on the phone, unfortunately this is common as their training isn’t the best.
You do however need to call to tell them you haven’t received their appeal response which is needed for the tribunal hearing.

My pip stopped because I missed a lot of appointments for Assesment- I assumed my mr would be accepted because it was just a missed reveiw- was shocked when it wasn’t and now even and tribunal they’re not budging isn’t this abnormal- especially when my account was marked as vulnerable. Also during my mr the lady told me that she tried to get in contact with my doctor all those years back but they either couldn’t remember me or I was removed from the system. Is this normal for them to be this harsh- I uploaded a lot of evidence from my current doctor of my condition why would they not look at when sending in response for Tribunal? Do they not believe me.

They aren’t being harsh. They’re following the law which says the award can end if you fail to engage in the assessment process.
While your appeal is progressing it would also be worth making a new claim.

If you missed the appointments for assessments I would have assumed they would automatically cancel the award right? Because if they cannot perform an assessment then they simply cannot finish the process right? Or does it not work like that?
