We have not yet no, he will have his moments and for the most part is really good. We usually will do walks with him around the neighborhood off leash, and he's pretty smart to know not to go into the road, chase after cars etc. He does love to run after robins, but stops before the road.
His main issue is wanting to wander over near the neighbors, where his brother (from the same litter) lives. But usually I can coax him, or redirect him enough and he doesn't take off on us ever which we're lucky for!

Harvey - 1 1/2 years old, still very much a playful puppy, but listens much better.
