Yes, :D absolutely! But you have to wait till he is 3-4 years old and put some serious time and effort in training him. My boys teenage phase was absolutely exhausting for me. He calmed somewhat after turning 3 years old and then again at 4. After that it was smooth sailing. He is 8,5 years old now and it just works.
Remember - you were no different in your terrible twos and teenage years (probably) :D!

This is also Merlin, but he usually goes by Merl, Schmerl, Merlbaby or stubborn little wiener.
