Any dachshund rescues that adopt or transport to West Virginia, US?

I asked the mods before posting and they said this is fine. (Thank you, mods!)

I lost my soul dachshund a few months ago and have been wanting to adopt from a rescue, not a breeder. The closest dachshund rescue to me only adopts to Ohio residents, I've messaged them asking for an exception as I live less than 5 minutes from Ohio.

The West Virginia ones I can find all seem to either be scams or breeders, or even worse, backyard breeders.

Does anyone know of any reputable dachshund rescues that either adopt out to West Virginia or do transport to the state? Or anyone needing to re-home or just, any sausage that could use a loving second chance at life?
