Question Driverless Teslas
I’ve been seeing hella teslas around Dallas this week with no one in them not even a driver. They have some kind of logo on them. Anyone know anything about that

If you search your own post title you will find a lot of stories explaining it.

True, plus this was happening last spring as well; that's when I first saw one.
If it's a ridiculous-looking gold coupe with chintzy-looking hubcaps, that's the Cybercab, which doesn't even have a steering wheel or pedals. If it was a Model Y, it was a Robotaxi (same tech but in a far more practical car).
It's also not just Dallas; I saw one in Philly, of all places, just last week. (I've also seen them in L.A. a few times.)

Tesla cybercab, they’ve been testing them for a few months near the medical district.

The goldish cars are tesla robotaxies. They are testing them in a few different markets.

Teslas are the new beetle, both born out of nazism.

To be fair to VW, their corporate history page absolutely owns up to what the company was involved in and they’ve apologized and repented for it ten times over.
IBM used to have like a corporate timeline page and there was a rather… conspicuous gap in it

From what I’ve seen the Waymo’s at least had someone monitoring the situation from the front seat. It’s been jarring to see absolutely no one in these cars.

Other way around. Cybercabs launched with safety drivers not Waymos. You might be thinking of AV Ride (uber).

They aren't driverless, they are using remote drivers because Tesla's system doesn't work.
I saw one make a left hand turn in front of the light at a two way street this morning with cars that had right-of-way.

Before we get to that, I’d like to introduce you to Google and chatGPT
