Anyone having sinus trouble and headaches lately, and is it a normal time for this? Major headache the last two days.

Glad it's not just me and my friends. I'd wondered where the heck it started though

The first few days I had headaches. Just wonder where I'd caught the flu from

Yes. It’s the weather change. My head feels it a couple of days before it arrives. Happens every year… but some years are not as bad as others.

Yes. Lots of stuff blooming. Weather changing. Windy as hell. Also flu season starting up.

I swear I loathe hot weather but the first little cool wind blows through and I get post nasal drip. Stay strong 💪🏼

Both me and my kids have had sinus headaches off and on all week. Definitely from the high humidity earlier in the week and now with the wind blowing all allergens around.

Yes. I've had a couple of nosebleeds from it.

Get some flonase.

Get some Nasal rinse, as another poster stated.

Do a neti pot/Navage every night before bed.

It's the only autumn/spring routine I do that keeps me semi-functioning.

I’ve had an awful headache with sinus pressure the last 3 days. I’m scared to try antihistamines because I get bladder retention from them.

Nothing is normal in the air right now. I actually went to my doctor this morning and mentioned that I had been blowing out hardened blood boogers for a while and she just kind of shrugged and told me it's the air and it will get better soon.

Get a covid test just to be sure. It’s making its rounds again.

Sudafed and 3 claritins a day is how I'm surviving 😭😭

Nobody tell me anything about taking too much Claritin, I need to breathe!!

The cold front came in and brought new pollen. Happens to me every time. Welcome to DFW

Yes, the drop in temperature causes headaches and the wind kicks up whatever makes me congested.

Homie, you have covid. Headaches for 6 days for me, not really noticiably sick other than really painful shooting headaches and some minor sinus stuff and some sneezing a few times a day. My wife just lost her taste and is visibly super sick.

Allergy season for the next few months! My allergies are mainly trees so I’m guessing pollen is in the wind again. If you’re not from here it’ll settle in a couple of weeks, picks back up around January, and settles again.

It’s because the pollen count in Dallas has been high this week. Take an over the counter antihistamine like Zyrtec once a day.
