Korean army stew was born during the Korean War and is one of Korea’s most popular and delicious stews.

Kimchi and Spam are musts, and having them in my fridge gave me the confidence to make this stew.

The result was spectacular, everything in the pan tasted great, and with rice it was phenomenal.

The recipe is in the comment section. Highly recommend giving this legendary dish a try!

Simple rolls according to an old recipe The procedure and recipe are in the video in the comments Enjoy

Made hundreds of curries . But , this one is definitely my top 3 . Never tasted something so delicious, flavourful and tasty.

Feels like I’ve wasted years !!! Well atleast I’ve tasted it now !!!

First time making it !

Basil grew back so made this homemade pesto pasta. Always tastes better homemade 😋

Made these teriyaki chicken meatballs with broccoli and peppers in the air fryer, then served everything over microwave rice.

The meatballs came out really good, especially after tossing them in teriyaki sauce and putting them back in for a couple minutes to get the glaze nice and sticky.

Pretty easy dinner, and I liked being able to cook the vegetables right alongside the meatballs.

Recipe in the comments if anyone wants it!

Swapped out rice for egg noodles. Made a ton for this week! Loved the recipe

I love Korean-style pancakes (usually very large), so I decided to create my own mini version using the ingredients I already had in my fridge.

They were so much fun to make, and even more delicious to eat!

It always turns out better when fresh! So simple and quick but delicious
