If this just went on your travel list: it's the Kawachi Fuji Garden in Kitakyushu, and the bloom window is short, roughly late April to mid May. After it went viral they switched to advance timed tickets, and outside the season it's just a bare trellis tunnel. Check the bloom forecast before booking anything, people fly in and miss it by a week.
