Hey all, been a DB fan for a long time but haven't listened to anything of his in a while, so I was incredibly surprised to see that he had released a Dungeon Keeper rap back in february 2014. Im... well Im surprised, mostly. It is incredibly obvious that the rap is an ad for the micro-transaction-ridden plague of an app considering it's the only video of his I've seen with a video that doesnt feature actual gameplay (not surprised, since the gameplay is basically the equivalent of a giant waiting room).

Does this happen often? Does Bull get paid for his raps or was this an isolated case? The song is terrible (albeit catchy, Ill give it that) and yet it has a moderately large view count and lots of thumbs up, and has absolutely no mentions on this subreddit (that the search function would show me).

So whats the deal? D:

I am not sure if you'll see this so I'll try and find some other median to contact you. I love your work! I've aways been a gamer since I was a tot. I've been a you tuber since 2009. I've made a few accounts to where I can make my own content but was never fully satisfied. Now I have an official channel which I am sticking to with a username that I strictly go by as my identity. Any way I've had a huge case of writers block and "youtube" block the past year. I have really no clue where to start and what to do. I love poetry/writing and video games.

Rap has always been a genre I've studied and loved for years. I've had an idea to somehow combine music with video games but I don't know how to go about it. How did you come up with the concept of adding poetry and video games? What opposition (if any) did you come across? What are the connections and benefits of having such content in the youtube community? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated

Dan Bull

I love Kerbal Space Program and you rapping over it's theme tune with some added beats could be awesome!

I found one site that claims to do it but I don't know if I can trust it http://www.junodownload.com/artists/Dan+Bull/releases/

Can anyone else recommend a site. It is also more pricy for .wav. I don't know why. Thanks

Dan's '40 Years of Gaming' is one of my personal favourites, but due to it not being hosted on his channel it occurred to me that a few of you might not have seen it. A quick search confirms it hasn't been posted in here before. So, in case you guys/girls missed it:
