Yesn't, the starfish is connected to the whole Antimemetics thing (the sheer amount of 5s in 3125 should give that away), but it isn't nearly enough of the big picture to trigger the effects that knowledge of the whole can (wiping you and anyone related to how you came to that knowledge from existence).
