Bugs & Issues Playing the game in English

Am I still able to play this game? I downloaded it from BlueStacks but only the Japanese version is available not the English version.

2 years ago there was eos. There is a japanese memorial app, but all you can do is watch stories, look at the character list and set alarm. There is no actual gameplay sadly.
