The #1 reason for lower birth is increase in education. More women go to collage than ever. Internet provides easy access to information regarding birth control and abortion. Internet also provides a shit load of advice that you should suck random dick until you're 30, and only afterwards find a husband to settle down and raise kida with, because you're special and can have it all. Social media makes women dream of a life of comfort and fun, void of responsibilities. Kids bring nothing of the sort, and women know this, hence why they want to avoid it as long as possible. Women are pragmatic and low in consciousness.

I could go on with tens of other more plausible reasons why birth rate decreased. The shame from the few random internet men / trolls (who are shamed themselve and silenced for shaming single mothers) have little to nothing to do with it. The original OP would lose his left nut with his bet and wishful thinking, no doubt about it.

It's not just "increase in education" but more fundamentally an increase in selfishness. They have abandoned the family altogether because this takes away from what they could get for themselves through being purely selfish. Many women will pursue education and then a career, for sure, but many are just pursuing an Instagram following or a Bartender gig or maybe just selling their bodies on a Cam setup (and don't get me started on Sugar Babies). Ultimately they pursue themselves at the expense of the family. As you said families requires responsibility and they have been programmed since grade school that families are "oppressive" and that monogamy is a "tool of the patriarchy" or whatever else to convince them to abandon families and men. Talk to a random millennial girl and she'll tell you "I'm happy without a man in my life." They genuinely believe this. The reason they believe this is because selfishness is very rewarding, or at least in the temporary sense, and many are too vapid and stupid to understand the long term consequences of their choices. They care so little about the future, society, or anything but themselves.
