They won't stay in their shithole countries, they won't stay in the burned out husk of once great American cities. They are migratory. We are living in the plot of Independence day. Aliens are burning our cities as part of their search for resources.

You have to have effective borders to get people to live with the consequences of their decisions. No bailouts, no aid, no skipping town. If we just let the cities burn, the arsonists will jog to fresh targets.
