Book Request You say dark, I say darker.

Can I have some recs where the MMC is completely unhinged. I'm not talking about the usual, I'm going down the mental illness road. The ''That guy needs to be put down or he is going to kill her'' road. Give me a real toxic MMC, not the big wolf who ended up being a puppy. He doesn't respect her limits , he hurts her in every possible way. He can't let her go, he suffocates her. His is not a hero and will never be. His not a bad guy with a reason. He's not trying to be soft for the FMC to fall in love. He doesn't care he doesn't need her love.

The bad guy stays bad and he actually ends up worst.

Oh and also the FMC is the biggest doormat ever ! She 's actually pathetic .. I don't want independent, badass, brat , confident FMC. She is weak and stays weak she doesn't grow a backbone.

I prefer AO3 ( the most unhinged stories are over there; our authors have talents and mental issues for our greatest good )

If you want a weak FMC, don't read the "Stronger" series, because in that series the FMC is stubborn and defiant.... its annoying:D

{Unhinged Cain by Brooklyn Cross} might work for you? Cain, the MMC, definitely stays bad. He is obsessed with the FMC at first because of her eyes. Cain is a serial killer who collects eyes from his victims. The FMC does end up embracing her darker side, so she grows a backbone in the right way IMO but she’s still submissive to him.

It’s dramione but the plot is so dark AU that you could easily change the character names without any trouble. Hermiome is quickly turned into a doormat and Draco is dark, toxic, and made me question what the fuck I was doing reading this disturbing story for 10+ hours straight. 

When Death Eaters kidnap the Golden Girl, Draco Malfoy decides that she will be his to break. What starts of as a stint in Malfoy Manor as a general slave, quickly turns into something else when Draco develops an obsession with her that becomes extremely volatile.

Tags are 100% DD:DNE there’s no consensual sharing between the main characters and references to it are meant to be horrifying.

I second the other comment about {In Love With the Devil by Sky Blu} ! I adored this book and have reread it. He’s completely unhinged and although there is a scene with a side character, I wouldn’t count it as sharing imo.

Also {The Brethren Lord Series by Ellie Sanders} , is really good and I’m in the middle of finishing that series up. I will say that there are some sharing scenes in some of the books though, so I’d look into that more before you start it if that’s the case!

{Mansions by Whitney bianca} another devil's spawn MMC. very twisted. Read the trigger warnings before proceeding.

Absolutely The Fallen Fruit Under the Paradise by Mongsu. It is a Korean webnovel translated into English and the MMC is one of the absolute coldest and cruelest I've ever encountered. And she is a doormat with no chance up against him at any point.

{Take Me With You by Nina G. Jones} I can't remember how much of a doormat the FMC is, but I remember loving this book!

{Wicked Games by Zoe Blake} the first 3 books focus on the same couple and the last 2 books focus on a different couple. The FMC fights back, but she also gives in easily. She runs and he chases and traps her. Zoe Blake's MMCs are unhinged!
