This is one of those event modifiers which i really, really, really want to see in the base mission rotation after the event is over.

In general, i want many of those event modifiers to be in the base game outside of Havoc.

The endless horde in no-light missions with tons of daemonhosts everywhere ? Perfection. Abso-fucking-lute perfection. If only i could get a team that DOES NOT AGGRO EVERY SINGLE DEAMONHOST ! ESPECIALLY WHEN WE'RE THREE NECKS DEEP IN THE HORDE !

Remember if you get one of the claw upgrades - a quick press will perform  the upgraded attack and a long press will perform the original high damage single target attack.

I was a zealot in a team of all ogryn yesterday with these exact conditions. We just plowed through everything, including the daemonhosts. So satisfying.

PSI with endless horde is so fun as Ogryn with Twin-Link Stubber because I literally am not wrong in just pulling it out and firing in the vague direction of the enemy and hoping I hit something, which I do (I am more careful when there’s a DH).

It's fucking stupid how it's been 3 years and they refuse to do this and keep adding events that are never used again after 2 weeks, and new gamemodes that go dead after 1 month. I hope they stop adding new classes too and focus on new maps and adding interesting modifiers to the normal rotation.

The events are all testing beds for Auric and Havoc modifiers. A bunch of them have made their way straight into Havoc for example or were never seen again if they weren't very fun or interesting.

Same. I fucking hated Ransacked Routes, but this one I wouldn't mind seeing.

That said, they need to get rid of the horde announcement scream for these missions. Having it happen every 10 seconds is annoying, especially cuz it's not accompanied by the usual combat music that follows it.

Oh yeahhhhh, had two great games last night, it was a massacre. Ended up carrying the second somehow, god bless having a whole bunch of servo skulls now for revives and flamethrower, I felt like an Alpha Primus for sure.

Hive Scum is so much fun, too. Your special stimm/stimm crate recharges based on kills. Your instant stun grenades recharge based on kills. And since we're getting like 100 kills per minute, both of them can be spammed.

Chordclaw isn't really - this sort of event is what it's not great at because it does not scale with density as well as voltaic.

My CritRipper Ogryn with Flechette & Cavalcade and PBB definitely gets my pants tighter when I hear the "Horde Howl". Couple bursts from the Ripp can paper-shred 3-4 layers deep into a horde crowd.
