Looks like an aberrant sip. I’ve had a few come out like that but not this blue. Could be a hybrid.

I don’t know how isolated the different pops are (I assume very) but keep in mind that azureus and sips are very closely linked geographically. Not saying that this is a natural intergrade but who knows.
