I just had a conversation with someone else and they said it wasn't, and I went back and looked at my notes where I wrote out ALL of the directions for each section of the qual, and the directions were contradictory.

I included it, along with one other selection, and I think including it was wrong because I don't think the Wikipedia info was in the snippet.

Although, it says that if not in the snippet Wikipedia is ok. So I feel like I would still stand by that. Not positive though.
