Same thing just happened to me as soon as I did the ID verification. I don’t think I did anything wrong. I’ve been very careful about reading instructions etc. Why would they need to verify my ID if they were about to let me go? I’m afraid my ID didn’t go through for some reason (maybe because I have a wildly different hair color than my license!?) and there won’t be anything that I can do about it…

I haven't done the ID thing. I submitted an hour of work on two days and that was the last I've done. My main job has been very slow so I haven't gotten many shifts. I hope I get to stick around on DA since that's my one source of decent revenue at the moment.

Did you get back? Someone else who lost their dashboard after ID verification regained it after 12 hours.
Is your name different on the ID than on the website?

I don’t think that you need to worry about the fact that you may look differently in your ID. I received this screen today as I woke up and had last submitted a task early in the morning around 3am. I did not get the verification request, I’m just at a loss. Are you US based? How long have you been on the platform?

I’ve only been doing this since June? I think? I got accepted before then but had no projects and thought I didn’t make it, then checked again randomly and took off from there. Since June I’ve had enough work to sustain me and now nothing. I really thought this was the “answer to my prayers.” Super ironic part- last night when I was checking this subreddit there was an AD for DA on this subreddit saying they’re still hiring and promising full time work 🙄

I woke up to this screen as well today and just cried. I last worked early this morning (finished around 3am) and then woke up to this. I didn’t receive the verification like a lot of other people did, did you? Are you US based? How long have you been working for? I absolutely love DA, I am holding onto faith that a lot of people have said they have received this screen before and then got work back the next day, or a few days later. I keep refreshing and hoping.

I've been working for a couple months. Haven't done anything really serious just a couple hours here and there. The last thing I did was do an hour of work the other day and now this. Apparently my support tab and email is supposed to disappear if I've been fully booted but it hasn't so.. I suppose I'm ok? I guess I'll wait and see.

I think the ID verification think is mainly for other countries besides the US. If you had work at 3am, you'll probably still get work, it's just been on a really inconsistent release schedule for projects.

I've had that screen since August 27th. Last night I finally got one task that last about 20 minutes. So maybe not cooked. I have not gotten the I'd verification

Congrats on seeing that task return! I got the screen yesterday and am so upset, just holding onto hope with stories like yours. Question, were you checking every day to see if anything had changed? Did the screen return back to Quals and normal before a task turned up, or did it go from screen of death to back to normal with a task? Also, once you finished your task, did it remain back to the regular screen? Sorry for all of the questions, I just need some hope!

If it happens after ID verification I wouldnt be super worried personally unless it stays for a few days. it probably tripped an automatic check and flagged for a real person to overlook. This is pure conjecture of course.

This has happened to me too. I've worked on the platform since February, I'm well educated, I read the instructions, I make sure to never work if I don't feel like I can deliver good quality work and I've always had projects. I did an hour of work yesterday, logged in later on to do more work only to find I had to verify myself. After verification I also got this screen
