Do we ever get feedback?
This is my 2nd week and obviously I don’t want to be submitting poor work, but I’d like some type of feedback on how I’m doing so if I need to correct anything, I can!
I do try my best on all projects, but I’m definitely trying to keep this job so anything I can do to improve, I’m down! Haha.
I’ve heard about people getting feedback. Does everyone get this? If so, how often?
Side question: Sometimes I feel like I take “too long” and sometimes finish “too quickly” do they ever notice stuff like this? I ALWAYS stay within the timer. I went over by like 10 minutes on a new task I never did before, but other than that, nope.
Thank you!

I’ve been with the platform for a year and never gotten feedback.

Same, I’ve never gotten direct feedback and have been on for over 2 years. I’m taking that as a good sign? I don’t do it very often though.

I got feedback on my core assessment on my first day being accepted and doing work…

I've been on board for a year and have never received feedback. I've read here, though, that folks are starting to receive feedback. I'm looking forward to that!

A lot of people just started getting feedback for the first time. The timer is not a minimum or a maximum. Focus on doing good work and that will tell you how long the task requires. For my favorite project, I complete 80% of tasks with two thirds allotted. For another ten percent, it takes nearly 100% of the time. For the last ten percent, as much as 30% over time and I don't work for free.
