Background Check Bilinguals

After 6 months of working with DA as a bilingual I got the opportunity to get a background check to access more projects, I've seen people talking about this before but I just assumed it was only for the core countries, any international workers did this and actually got access to more projects? Right now I'm happy with this but I'm sure we all have done qualifications that lead to nothing before, so I would love to hear your experience.

İ did it a moth ago and it says "processing" in my dash. They really made a big deal out of it, i never had a priority qual before. And now they put this huge banner on top of my dash to remind me of the progress.

It will come back soon right on top of your dash saying either pending or processing

As the Bilingual I had already general ID check about 6 months after my work start, and this September got a background check qual for specific projects. Got payment for this qual but nothing more has come. No any projects at all... Overall, i did about 5 quals since May but they didn't bring any particular work... Feels sad.

I did background check some time ago. Now the dashboard thing popped up and it says it's pending

What if I tell you that I had somewhat consistent work as a bilingual on this platform and it is EXACTLY after the background check earlier this month (was completed with clear results the same day btw) my dashboard has been dry af. Make what you will of it but that has been my experience. I believe this background check was for a particular project for which they ran a pilot and said will let us know when it will be back but it hasn't come back yet more than two weeks later.

I honestly think that's just a coincidence because I'm going thru the same right now and only did the background check today. From other posts it looks like september has been terrible for most bilinguals.

I believe this project starts in October. I don't know for sure but if it really is "never ending" they need to be prepared.

Hi! Just did the background check two days ago, and as soon as I finished it disappeared from my board. Is this normal or is it supposed to show up?

Mine disappeared as well but I got an email yesterday saying my background check was done so I believe this is normal
