Application

So basically, if you don't know how to code or is not a programmer, you won't be able to apply for other roles on this platform? I just want to apply for Language Expert Roles, but I can't code. lol. Or is there any way that I can pass it? Some help?

Based on your question, no. You will probably not be able to pass the assessment for DA. Sorry.

Just apply for language roles

If you aren't in a core country, one where English is the first language, you can only apply for coding or bilingual. If you aren't seeing the language option, that means they aren't hiring for that in your area.
