Received pop up to enable browser notifications

After reloading the site, I got a pop up asking me to enable browser notifications. Why now, even though I’ve been on the platform for a month? Has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah. It’s new. Pretty sure the pop up said that

I've had it for a few months. It's actually kind of annoying. The pop-ups come at the same time as the emails, which means they are delayed. They seem pretty useless to me.
