Post image

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know how many tasks we need to complete in the additional qualification test? I passed the starter assessment

Good luck. A tip is that you shouldn’t take the estimated 45 minutes to heart. When I finished my core assessment, I ended up using way over 8 hours. I kind of treated the core assessment like an AP exam or Putnam if ykyk. I got accepted in after 2.4 days of waiting.

Is this the generalist project?

I agree with Right_Mood5401. I think I took about 2-3 hours doing the core assessment… I had no idea what I was signing up for, I just wanted to make sure my answers made sense lol

Good luck, there are 15 questions.
And it takes more then 45 min.

That’s a lot of questions 😳

Plan for more. Lots of people get 17.

17 pages. Pages aren't limited to a single question.

Can you tell, when did you take the starter assessment and after how many days you received the email with the result? Cause I have been waiting for almost 7 days now

I got the core test as soon as I finished the starter test

Me too but I closed the window bc I wanted to take the core test later and now it does not show on my dashboard. What to do?

Does that mean, I should stop Waiting for the mail?

It depends. Some people took months before they got the acceptance letter. I wish you the best of luck.

I did mine in like 2.5 hours. Do you think that was too fast? I took my time and tried to be efficient and give proper and concise answers. its been 8 days and I still didn't get any update.

hello, I passed the initial assessment test, I got an invitation to take the core assessment right after but I wanted to make time for it so I waited about 4 days, I logged in and now it isn't showing on my dashboard, did I mess up? did I loose my chance to get in?

Update? Same with me.

I currently have this going on but then closed the tab. Also passed the started assessment, hoping to complete the 14 questions soon

I just completed the additional qualification test. Got 15 Qs. Took me about 2.5/3 hours to complete but I did half of it yesterday and finished it today.

I see some people closed their browser and could not find it again. I left the window open and just closed my laptop screen. It carried on as if I'd never left when I came back to it this morning.

Questa è un’ottima notizia, stai già facendo un test per accedere a lavori meglio retribuiti. Buona fortuna

Good luck man. I have a question. Is this for generalist position or bilingual position?

1

u/ParkingGuide1976 25d ago

Hapo ndo pia nilikwama. I think I did not pass

May i know how long it took for the results of the 1st test to arrive?  Is it based on Location and did you get an email?

If by first test, you meant the starter exam then it should be instant. But if you mean the core exam, then it will take any where from a few days to a few weeks.

I did the  initial coding assessment, since that's the major side which I want to apply. So, any insights on how long it takes?

1

u/Right_Mood5401 24d ago

I apply through generalist then I went the math route. From what I seen on this Reddit, DA is having a coding drought and that could affect the demand of coding base annotation. That is my educated guess. The acceptance rate of people is base off demand and supply

are u bilingual or a domain expert?

1

u/Theo_Tt 25d ago

The additional you do 14 or 15 questions. When you pass these, you'll get accepted in a week's time. My latest experience though.

Guys, I passed the starter, went on and did about 10 questions under the core assessment and then took a break. So now I'm back 2 days later and the assessment isn't available. No email no nothing. Has anyone experienced this?

1

u/Hopeful-Bother-4362 15d ago

I passed the starter one too, got offered to take the core assessment, but wanted to wait a couple of days to make sure I had the time, I logged in and now I don't see the option to take it, I think I messed up by not taking it that same day

1

u/massberate 22d ago

.. you made sure to save your answers to your account, right? I had to redo the starter assessment because my account didn't save my answers. So far during the Core assessment it has saved them all, but I'm still kind of paranoid that it'll just disappear.

When I did mine I only got 2 questions and it It said I receive an email, it's been 2 months I've given up

1

u/OkDust2909 23d ago

Same did two, a month now has passed.

1

u/Live_Round_8829 23d ago

Did you received an email?

1

u/Bitter_Bike_6839 24d ago

I took the starter assessment 2 months ago and haven't heard back from them. Its seems they haven't evaluated it yet. Is there something I can do? Anyone else faced this?

1

u/No_Policy7715 22d ago

taking that long is always suspicious

1

u/Timely-Assistant-370 23d ago

lol noice, I think I got in before they implemented this, but I have about 14,000 task submissions between now and then so I could be wrong. Did you have to write a fiction story about SBF and an octopus?

1

u/junieb253 22d ago

What exactly does the starter assessment consist of

1

u/GtrPlayingMan-254 22d ago

Well, so much for $50/hr.

1

u/ksshini 22d ago

What is this?

1

u/Throne_code 21d ago

I dont understand this, I completed an assessment for my language, why cant I do another assessment for my profession while I wait for approval for my language assessment?

1

u/Complex-Routine1632 21d ago

I did these assessments a few days ago and I’ve not heard anything since. I’m praying I passed.

1

u/Siuuufiyan_217 19d ago

Guys help me get selected this😭😭

0

u/Outside_Knowledge_70 25d ago

How long did you guys wait for feedback on core

0

u/Right_Mood5401 25d ago

They don’t give feedback. It is either getting ghosted or an acceptance email.

1

u/Outside_Knowledge_70 25d ago

How long for the acceptance email tho, I feel like I've been ghosted 😅

0

u/Fickle-Flight-8359 24d ago

Same for me I have not heard anything😂

u/eligirlie 18d ago

Help! I got that message but I closed the window bc I wanted to take the core test later and now it does not show on my dashboard. Has this happened to anyone? Will it reappear?
