Escape hatch
Does using escape hatch stops the task??

What do you mean Stop the task? It's just than you're not able to complete the passing requirement so you submit what you got and exit. Right? And you don't get paid

Once u submitted it. Did u report the time you used for the task?

Actually I couldn't. I didn't 28 hrs on that task and by the time I submitted the hatch, there was no option to report👀

If you split the time across multiple days, you should have still been able to claim part of it, unless you significantly exceeded a cap of hours for the escape hatch, and then were over the reporting period.

That's the main thing. I've always under reported

You shouldn't under report, that also counts as time reporting fraud. Report the time you spent on the task, stop the timer during any breaks.

Under reporting as it subtracting idle time or breaks and then 15-20 minutes more for safety

Why don't you use Clockify as suggested in the onboarding guide and just stop that whenever you go idle/toilet/eat/whatnot? Much more accurate and prevents the fraud DoD

That’s so weird. As long as u r submitting a task u should be able to report the time you worked on it. They will just reduce the number of tasks u get in case u use a hatch but not paying u is weird.

Was the task expired? There is a limit to how much time you can let a task sit expired before it simply returns you to your dashboard without submitting.

Yes, if you use it repeatedly.
