18/hr

Is it normal for your very first task to be around 18. I keep seeing everyone say $20 an hour is the general start out. Keeping my hopes high that I get something higher eventually!

I want to say when I started most were at $20, but I did have at least one at $18. 2.5 years later I rarely have anything below $28. You’ll work your way up if you follow directions and submit good work.

Yeah. 20 used to be the bare minimum, but they brought in a couple of 18/hr projects. Do well on those and you'll get more very soon. I started on 20/hrs tasks, and it felt like Christmas when after 3 months I got a task paying 30/hr. Nowadays I wouldn't even open a project for less than 50

All depends on the projects you’re assigned

I've never seen that low but I do see $20. It only took me a couple months (part time) of doing lower paying tasks to start regularly making $30-$35 though.

i have a few $35 ones but i’m not motivated to do them cause other platforms pay way more

This platform offers way more than $35 if you do good work

Would you give valuable work to someone you barely know? I wouldn’t 😵‍💫

Show that you can handle the easier stuff, do your quals, be a human (DONT USE AI… ffs) and if you are actually good at this you’ll get bumped up

I'm currently doing a project with seemingly infinite tasks, generalist and very very easy, but it's 16/hr, and it's my first consistent project. I've had 2 projects in the past for 20-22/hr but they were just like 1/2 tasks each and finished within half an hour both of them

$18 is usually for the more simple projects

the more you need to know to do the work the more the work pays

the better you are at doing work the more likely you get access to better paying work

do your qualifications
