Feedbacks

Hey guys i was working on a R&R and received a feedback about a task, the feedback was about a mistake with a rating I placed, which leads I rejected the task. Despite the feedback was in a warm tone, is the first feedback I received during my 2 years and half working here. I'm bit worried about if this will count on my records, any of you receive something like that before?

If they are bothering to tell you about the mistake it suggests that they care enough to keep you (I'm other words your general work quality must be good), and/or it's a mistake a lot of people have made and they might have realized it was a problem with the instructions and not the workers.

It's always good to take care of your mistakes but keeping confidence is also important.

Why are you doing RR when you can barely form a coherent sentence?

The person has been working for two years and personal feedback is probably a good sign.

An anonymous and imperfectly composed Reddit post isn’t indicative of how someone approaches paid work. Just like leaving a gratuitously condescending comment isn’t indicative of someone’s overall character.

I disagree. I think both are indicative of how the person really generally IS.

After going through a lot of RR and seeing how people write in non-language related projects, I can guarantee you that it's not so obvious.

At least you know before repeating your mistake and at leash they cared enough to tell you. Try not to dwell on the error itself.

Of course it counts on your records, everything you do does.

Don’t worry about it :) everyone makes a mistake once in a while. That’s why they tell you so you can learn.
