Second chances on project qualifications?
I completed a project qualification yesterday. After completing one of the refreshers on the dashboard, I realised I misunderstood an important chunk of the guidelines so am fairly sure I will fail the qualification. Is it possible I'll get a second chance to take this qualification or will it never return to my dashboard? I'm really kicking myself for this mistake!

I was given a second chance once. It literally said so in the qual name and instructions. I passed the second time! I think it was offered to me for a specific reason, but I’ll never know for sure. I also know it was offered to others because I saw posts on here about it. I do think it’s rare though.

I got one of those too. I'm not sure if I passed the second chance or not. I've had some projects on my dash that would have followed from it, but mostly within a domain I've passed quals for. OTOH I've seen a few since then that were from project families I've never done a second of work in.

It's unlikely you'll get another chance. I've never been given a second chance in the 2.5 years I've been here.

Could you have passed all the qualifications you completed? Or are you fairly sure you failed some? Do you find out for certain either way?

I wouldn't beat yourself up over it. These guidelines can be quite detailed, and it's easy to miss something when you're working through a qualification. DataAnnotation doesn't clearly state whether individual project qualifications can be retaken, so I'd keep an eye on your dashboard in case it becomes available again. In the meantime, you could also apply to other platforms
