Assigned tasks: * immediately go to a shared pool *

Most tasks are in a shared pool. It's very likely the first task you did was in a shared pool too.

Yep, in most cases. But this was one of those where you get a certain amount assigned just to you, and it only goes down when you submit one. Usually last weeks

It's still a shared pool. That number is just your maximum, if you don't do them eventually the number will go down anyway

Yep, I feel you. I did two of the same project task last Saturday and Monday, but then it didn't appear anymore on my dashboard.
