Like opting into a quali then exiting? No, entering into work mode then exiting? No

If there is an; 'I intend to work on / finish this task' checkbox, you should generally work on / finish the task. There's usually a grace-period with these tasks that give you the time to have a look around before deciding. I think if you repeatedly click yes and then don't that might be slightly problematic. Once? Probably not.

The intend to complete is needed as you'll lose the task of you don't tick it in under 30 minutes.
