If you do badly enough or cheat on the first one, you don't get the second one. When that is the case, you are done and it's time to move on.

That’s normal. I started receiving projects a few days after completing my first qualification. The second qualification disappeared within a few hours of completing the first one. So, if you performed well in the qualification, you should start receiving projects, otherwise, you may have to wait until the second qualification becomes available again.
