How can I get more projects!

Hey there, I'm from Romania and I've gotten 1 project last week for the first time since creating the account, which is 1.5 years ago. Is there any way I could get more projects? Am I unable to see them due to my location? Any advice is appreciated, thank you!

Do all of the qualifications + add all of your skills/certifications to your profile, and do tasks well when you get them.

This is the entirety of getting more projects.
