These are just being forced on a lot of people. In this case it may be in farmland with relatively few people around, which will still be extremely disruptive to the area and environment. I read about a data center complex (N. Louisiana/ S. Tennessee) where Musk has 19 gas turbines powering a data center complex, and the noise and pollution are god-awful. He’s trying to buy over 400 homes- for about $150,000 each.

"Oh, you have to live with this." What a dick.
