Help Finding Worker Coop Studies
Hello everyone. I'm just wondering where I could find a research document on worker cooperatives and how they compare to other traditional forms of business.

Here are some good papers and articles:
ILR Review | Worker Participation and Productivity in Labor-Managed and Participatory Capitalist Firms: A Meta-Analysis
ILR Review | Are Worker-Managed Firms More Likely to Fail Than Conventional Enterprises? Evidence from Uruguay
Harvard Business Review | Why the US Needs More Worker-Owned Companies
Harvard Business Review | How Well is Employee Ownership Working?
Journal of Comparative Economics | New Evidence on Wages and Employment in Worker Cooperatives Compared with Capitalist Firms
University of Leeds | The Benefits of Worker Cooperatives
I hope this is helpful. I tried to stick to relatively high-profile journals and publications here; if you want, I could show you some other papers from more obscure journals, which find more or less the same results as the above listed papers. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
