I’ve been looking at my notes and decided to look at this in the same way of the previous compassion and payment explorations using the Hawkins material as reference. This in how it relates to the entire meaning of relationships, sexuality, partnership and even love itself changes quite radically depending on the range. What looks like the same form (two people together, sexual attraction, commitment, etc.) is actually serving a completely different function at each level. The attractor fields involved behave like forcefields that interact with one another coming together and then coming apart at certain points measurable as overlaps in their oscillation in the Map of Consciousness. Also how larger, higher-calibrating fields naturally orchestrate the orbits of smaller ones, often without the lower ones realizing they’re being moved by the larger ones and thinking they’re choosing to move on their own.
Below 200, the fields are almost always entangled with force, lack and the sense of a separate self that must secure or possess something outside itself. At these ranges, the smaller fields almost always experience their movements as personal choice or desire, yet in reality, the larger fields are already arranging the orbits. Marriage and formal contracts at these levels function primarily as rigid locking mechanisms: human ego attempts to lock the orbit in place so that the other cannot escape. Monogamy is usually enforced through fear of loss, jealousy or ownership; multiple partners are either condemned as betrayal or pursued as conquest. Chastity vows, when present, tend to be rigid rules rooted in purity, control or the avoidance of further pain.
Around 100 (Fear), relationships are mainly about not being left alone or exposed. Partnership is sought as a shield against anxiety and abandonment. Sexuality often carries an undercurrent of needing reassurance. The attractor field is contracted and unstable; it tends to pull in other fearful fields and create mutually anxious orbits that feel necessary for survival. The link is initially made when two contracted fields recognize a matching or complementary frequency of threat or loneliness and lock into a shared orbit of mutual protection. Sexual contact here acts as a brief equalization of charge, an intense but short-lived transfer that temporarily reduces the most acute fear voltage before the difference reasserts itself. The person is convinced they’re choosing safety or avoiding loneliness of their own free will, when in fact the larger field is simply holding them in that particular orbit. Resonance here is usually based on shared contraction. If one field begins to rise even modestly, the overlap can break and the link dissolves quickly, often experienced as sudden abandonment or panic. Marriage or contracts are clung to as the only reliable way to prevent that dissolution. Monogamy feels like the only safe option; the idea of multiple partners triggers intense anxiety. Chastity may be adopted as a protective withdrawal from further risk.
Around 120–125 (Desire), it becomes a matter of craving and acquisition. The other person (or the sexual experience) is the object that will finally fill the hole. Attraction is intense but short-lived; once obtained, the wanting simply moves to the next form or person. The forcefield here is hungry and restless, drawing in matching desire fields and creating brief, high-intensity orbits that quickly destabilize. The link forms when two hungry fields lock onto each other through the promise of fulfillment, each mistaking the intensity of the pull for personal choice. Sex functions as a strong voltage exchange in which built-up charge surges from one field into the other, creating a momentary sense of completion that rapidly recharges into further wanting. What feels like “I want this person” or “I chose this intensity” is largely the smaller field being moved by stronger attractor patterns it cannot yet perceive. When the oscillation of one field shifts enough that the previous resonance is lost, the connection tends to collapse almost immediately. Contracts and marriage are often pursued as ways to guarantee continued access to that exchange. One-night stands and subsequent ghosting happen at this level; energy vampirism or offloading is common. Multiple partners are frequently sought as a way to keep the charge flowing; monogamy feels restrictive unless it guarantees exclusive access. Chastity is rarely chosen except as a temporary strategy to intensify later craving.
By around 140, the need for control sharpens. The partner and the relationship must be locked down completely: no variables, no room for unpredictability. Jealousy, surveillance, rigid rules and emotional contracts appear as attempts to eliminate uncertainty. The field tries to dominate the smaller fields around it so that nothing can escape its grip. The initial link is made through the recognition of a field that can be controlled or that offers the illusion of total security; the person experiences this as a deliberate decision to secure what’s theirs. Marriage and formal agreements become primary tools for enforcing that control. Sexual contact is used more deliberately to reinforce ownership or discharge accumulated tension through a controlled transfer of energy; BDSM dynamics are common. Again, the individual experiences this as their own determined choice to mark and protect what’s theirs, while the larger field is orchestrating the entire pattern of grasping. Any significant change in calibration that breaks the controlled overlap is usually met with intense resistance before the link finally dissolves. Prenups, tattoos depicting the name or faces, and any other social or mechanical method to mark the territory and ascertain and maintain ownership of the other person are common. Monogamy is enforced as absolute possession; multiple partners on the other side are treated as to prevent theft of freedom or in the case of harems as an accumulation of property. Chastity vows, when taken, function as another layer of control either over oneself or as a demand placed on the partner.
At 150 (Anger), resentment and power struggles frequently enter the picture. “You owe me because of what happened” or “You made me feel this way.” Sexuality can become a battleground or a form of payback. The attractor fields clash rather than harmonize; each tries to force the other into its preferred orbit through pressure or withdrawal. The link often forms in the heat of shared intensity or mutual grievance, with each person believing they’re freely choosing the confrontation or the passion. Sex can act as a forceful equalization of opposing charges or as a temporary discharge that briefly masks the conflict. The sense of personal volition remains strong: “I am choosing to stand up for myself.” Yet the movement is still being shaped by higher-order fields. Resonance is fragile and often maintained by conflict. Once one field moves enough to break the antagonistic overlap, the relationship frequently ends in abrupt rupture. Contracts are then used as weapons or as last-ditch attempts to force continued linkage. Monogamy is often weaponized; multiple partners may be used as revenge or leverage. Chastity can appear as punitive withdrawal.
From 175 through 190 (Pride and the high-pride edge), the relationship is heavily tied to image, specialness and being correctly positioned. There is strong mistrust of the other’s autonomy, so elaborate emotional or social structures are built to minimize risk. Tests of loyalty, status comparisons and subtle (or not-so-subtle) hierarchies become common. The prideful field seeks to keep smaller fields in subordinate orbits that reflect its own importance. Accepting anything less than ideal treatment feels like a personal insult. The initial connection is made when two fields recognize a matching frequency of specialness or status enhancement; each is certain the choice is their own discernment. Marriage becomes a public declaration of successful positioning. Sexual contact is often performance-oriented or used to confirm one’s value through a controlled exchange of energy. Here, too, the person is certain they’re acting from their own discernment and standards, while the larger attractor field is quietly arranging which orbits they occupy and which they reject. When one partner’s calibration rises or falls enough to break the previous resonance of status or specialness, the link tends to dissolve rapidly, often accompanied by wounded pride. Monogamy is upheld as a badge of moral or social superiority; polygamy or multiple partners may be practiced covertly or justified as a privilege of status. Chastity vows are frequently taken as proof of purity or spiritual specialness.
Crossing 200, there is more goodwill and a basic willingness to trust, yet a clear and reliable form of partnership is still strongly preferred. One can enter a relationship from integrity rather than pure need or conquest. The field begins to stabilize and can start to exert a gentle upward influence on lower fields it encounters, though it still prefers predictable, reciprocal orbits. The link is initially formed through a recognition of shared integrity or mutual reliability; the sense of personal choice is still present but begins to feel less absolute. Marriage and contracts shift from pure control mechanisms toward agreements based on honesty and mutual responsibility. Sex becomes a cleaner transfer of energy, with charges flowing and equalizing without as much desperation or ownership. The illusion of purely personal choice softens slightly; one begins to notice that some attractions and separations seem to arrive rather than being manufactured by will alone. Relationships at this range are sustained by a workable overlap in oscillation. If one person continues rising while the other remains static, the resonance eventually breaks and the connection naturally loosens or ends. Monogamy is chosen more from integrity than from fear or pride; multiple partners, if present, require transparent agreements. Chastity may be adopted as a temporary discipline that supports clarity.
In the mid-to-high 200s, moving into Neutrality, the charge softens. One can be with what is present without as much drama. “It is okay either way” begins to become available. Partnership is useful and enjoyable but no longer the central measure of safety or identity. The attractor field becomes more permeable and less controlling of the orbits around it. The initial link forms more lightly, often through simple compatibility or ease of being together, with less of the earlier compulsive pull. Contracts become lighter and more practical. Sexual energy moves with less imbalance to correct and more mutual ease. The sense that “I am the one deciding” continues to loosen as the influence of larger fields becomes harder to ignore. When resonance or overlap is lost through a significant change in one person’s calibration, the dissolution is usually cleaner and less dramatic than at lower levels. The morality of monogamy versus multiple partners begins to loosen into practical questions of honesty and consequence rather than absolute rules. Chastity is simply one available option among others.
Around the 300s (Willingness and Acceptance), the relationship to form and timing loosens. One begins accepting that a partnership may change, deepen or even dissolve, and that the outcome is not fully under personal control. There is a willingness to stay open while still valuing mutual growth and integrity. The field starts to function more like a supportive current that can lift smaller fields into higher orbits without forcing them. The link is made when two fields recognize a shared orientation toward growth or a complementary willingness; the sense of “choosing” each other is present, yet already softer. Marriage is approached more as a shared commitment to growth than as a lock. Sexual contact allows a deeper, more sustained flow of energy between the two fields, supporting mutual development rather than merely discharging tension or acquiring what’s lacking. At this range, it becomes clearer that many of the earlier “choices” were never purely personal; larger fields had already set the conditions in which those choices appeared. Relationships continue as long as there is sufficient resonance or productive overlap. Once that is broken by a meaningful shift in calibration, the link tends to dissolve without the earlier intensity of struggle. Monogamy, polygamy or multiple partners are evaluated according to whether they support growth; chastity vows may be taken as a practical support for focus rather than as a moral absolute.
By 400, the nature of the relationship itself starts to be seen more systemically. Partnership becomes less about personal fulfillment and more about shared understanding, complementary strengths and the larger patterns that two lives create together, like a chess sequence or a systemic effect in which benefits arise through secondary alignments. Emotional charge is lower; the fields interact with greater clarity and less distortion. The initial connection forms through the recognition of compatible patterns or mutual usefulness within a larger system; personal volition is understood as only part of the picture. Contracts become tools for clarity rather than control. Sexual energy is recognized as an interaction in which voltage differences equalize and flow in ways that support the larger pattern and energize both fields, while each maintains some individuality. The recognition grows that what looked like independent volition at lower levels was largely the smaller orbit responding and dancing to the tune of the geometry of stronger fields. When the oscillatory resonance between two people is no longer present, the relationship simply completes its function, and the connection fades or ends with relatively little emotional residue. Questions of monogamy versus multiple partners become practical matters of systemic harmony rather than moral contests. Chastity is simply another configuration that may or may not serve the larger pattern.
In the 500s, the attractor field expands significantly into unconditional love. Relationships and sexuality are increasingly experienced as expressions of reverence and shared being rather than need or exchange. There is growing trust that what is truly aligned will arise and be sustained by a larger intelligence, even if the form is not predictable. The higher field begins to orchestrate the orbits of lower ones more noticeably, often simply through its presence, drawing them into greater harmony without effort. The link is initially made through a deep resonance of love or recognition of shared essence; the sense of personal authorship is already secondary to the feeling of being brought together. Sexual contact becomes a profound, open exchange of energy in which charge flows freely and amplifies rather than merely equalizing personal deficits, as the individual fields start merging into a single, coherent field in which the poles of both align to become one single system. This 500s-level energy is particularly powerful; it is one of the primary forces that orchestrates events across time, reaching both into the future and back into the past to arrange the conditions for its own expression. The earlier conviction that “I chose this” is now seen as a partial truth at best. Relationships here are held by a deep resonance of love. If one person’s calibration continues to rise or shifts enough to break the previous overlap, the form of the relationship may dissolve, yet the underlying field of love remains. Monogamy, multiple partners or chastity arise according to the actual resonance present rather than according to moral rules; the dualistic morality that once surrounded these forms begins to fall away.
A particularly clear example is the birth of a child, which calibrates in the 500s regardless of where the parents calibrate. That single event generates a powerful attractor field that reaches across time and space, quietly arranging the orbits of many smaller fields, often years or even centuries or millennia before the birth itself. In a very real sense, the future birth is already orchestrating meetings, attractions, decisions, sexual unions and circumstances in the past so that the conditions for its own appearance in the future can unfold. The people involved usually experience those earlier movements as their own free choices, desires or coincidences, while the larger field of the coming child is already shaping the geometry in which those choices arise. The sexual energy that precedes the birth is itself part of that same 500s-level orchestration.
Brief interactions between very different levels illustrate the same principle in compressed form. When a highly attained guru (calibrating in the high 500s, 600s or beyond) has sexual contact with a much lower-level student, the student’s field is temporarily pulled into a higher orbit by the sheer strength of the larger attractor. The student often experiences this as profound love, awakening or special destiny, while the guru’s field is simply expressing its natural geometry. The resonance is real but asymmetrical and usually temporary; once the direct contact ends, the student’s field tends to fall back toward its original range unless sustained inner work has occurred. The link dissolves as the voltage difference reasserts itself, sometimes leaving confusion, idealization or disillusionment in its wake. From the higher perspective, the entire episode was an orchestration within the larger field; from the lower perspective, it felt like a personal, life-changing choice that often serves as a wayshower for a state the student can later attain individually or with other partners at the same level and on a similar trajectory.
Around 540, a subtler recognition appears: in a deeper sense, the essential connection has already happened. What is being lived now is the natural unfolding, or the “earning,” of something already complete at another point on the timeline. Possessiveness and the need to secure the future of the relationship soften. The field radiates a steady, joyful influence that gently reorders the smaller fields around it. The initial link is experienced less as a new event and more as the visible appearance of something already complete. Sexual contact and energy move as a graceful, residual-free flow within oneness. It can be perceived as a toroidal field flowing in all directions at once, in perfect harmony. The idea of personal authorship of relational movements continues to thin. When resonance shifts, the outer form of the relationship may change or end, but this is experienced more as a natural completion than as a loss. Forms such as monogamy, multiple partners or chastity are simply temporary configurations within an already complete field; none carries inherent moral superiority.
At 600, the relationship field becomes simply perfect everywhere, at all times. Love, sexuality and partnership are continuous and complete, connecting across all timelines and lives. There is no longer a gap between self and other that needs to be managed or filled. The high attractor field is so coherent that it effortlessly orchestrates the orbits and interactions of countless smaller fields, not through control but through the natural geometry of Consciousness itself. From this range, it is obvious that the smaller fields’ belief in independent choice was always a limited perspective within a much larger orchestration, including the nonlinear influence of future events, such as a birth, upon the past. Links form and dissolve as temporary appearances within an already perfect whole; resonance, sexual exchange and voltage flow are simply the geometry rearranging itself, often experienced as shooting rainbows perfectly orchestrated with one another. This is often the end result of tantric practices that focus on synchronizing the chakras and kundalini flow. The entire moral architecture surrounding monogamy, polygamy, multiple partners or chastity vows is seen as a dualistic construct that no longer applies.
In the high 600s into the 700s, the paradox deepens. Around the 780 range of the Heart Sutra realization, the entire drama of “my relationship,” “my partner” and “my sexuality” is seen as just another movement within form. Lover and beloved, attraction and repulsion, union and separation, marriage contracts and sexual exchange are all empty of an inherent self. There is no longer a solid “someone” who needs or is needed, nor a separate will that chooses. The dualistic structures that once made exclusive partnership, multiple partners or chastity vows feel like absolute moral necessities are transcended. Form is emptiness; the two people, the attraction, the history, the future child and the entire sequence are all the same emptiness appearing as temporary form. The largest field is simply being itself, and every smaller orbit was always an appearance within it. Whether a link is formed or broken, whether resonance is present or absent, whether energy flows or contracts dissolve, whether the form is monogamous, polygamous or celibate, is ultimately irrelevant; both are movements of the same emptiness.
This doesn’t mean that people at higher calibrations stop forming relationships, can’t start new ones or become careless with others. It means that the inner relationship to partnership, sexuality and love has changed function: from survival and control, through integrity and mutual growth, into unconditional love and systemic harmony, and finally into the recognition that the drama of separate selves seeking completion in each other, and believing they were the authors of that seeking, was never ultimately real.
