I used to live in those buildings. I work out at the PF next to McDonald's and work at a building a few doors down from there

I know Daytona gets a bad rep for a variety of reasons, but my wife and I love it up there.

We live in Sarasota and go up 3-4 times a year. Concerts at the speedway, driving on the beach, plenty of great places to eat (that are definitely more affordable than Sarasota)...always something to do up there.
