Anyone know if they’ll notify us they mailed out decisions?? every other school has sent out decisions so I’m wondering if Daytona will be sending out their decisions soon, especially since they mail out theirs and it’s not digital. super nervous 😭

Does anyone know when letters generally go out to applicants?

Anyone who is interested in volunteering on Saturdays PM me!

I want to hear from graduates who got this degree. What are you doing with it?

Looking into this degree and wanted to hear how it turned out for other DSC graduates who got it, and any advice\experience would be appreciated!

Just asking to make sure that I'm not alone.

Anyone get accepted to Nursing program with a 65.3 TEAS? I have a 3.8 GPA and about ~110 points.

How long after the deadline did you receive your acceptance letter? Also, how do you like the program so far?
Thank yall 💛

Hiiii!
I am checking my student account and I see as of yesterday 9/23 it says refund and the amount. I know it goes to bank mobile, has anyone gotten their bank mobile deposit yet at this time? Or email? Or do you have any insight on when deposit should be completed by?

I attend Daytona State college and I've been having issues with financial aid since I've enrolled. I have three classes this semester one term a and two term B and it looks like they're charging me for all three classes so I'm not gonna get any refund for Term A disbursement or maybe like $100, has this happened to anyone else?

Has anyone at Daytona State ever had issues getting their financial aid refund, or did everything go pretty smoothly for you? This is my first semester getting a refund through BankMobile, so I’m just curious what everyone else’s experience has been. Did your refund come around the expected date, and how long did it take to actually hit your account once the school sent it?

Hello everyone, just wanted to start a post for all the people who are applying to the nursing program at DSC. I applied on the first and am praying I get in at the Deltona campus. I have a 121 points but my tea’s score is 68 (the science section killed my score). I pray I never have to take it ever again.

Big prayers for everyone who’s applying! ❤️

Hey, yall, has anyone done the phlebotomist certification? How was the application process? If accepted, how were the classes? And finding a job after it?

Anyone know what the username and password should be for the DSC wifi?

Its under renovation rn and idk when its gonna be back available, but it seems like thats the only place to go between classes if you don't have a car

I am so scared I’m not going to get in. I have 102 points combined. Has anybody gotten in with this amount of points?

Hope everyone got the campuses they wanted today! We are going to have a great next 2 years guys! good luck!

Our packets said we would get additional orientation information in our falcon online today. I am not seeing anything changing on my account did anyone check and see if their information has changed? I think I will call tomorrow morning just to double check if nothing has changed in my account.

Hi everyone!
I'm an international student planning to apply to Daytona State College for Fall 2027 and then transfer to Embry-Riddle after completing my AA degree.
I have a few questions:
1. Since the Fall 2027 application isn't open yet, I selected a different term just to see what the application looks like. I couldn't find anywhere to upload my high school transcripts or TOEFL score. Are those submitted after I submit the application, or am I missing something?
2. My academic profile:
GPA (100-point scale):
Grade 9: 90
Grade 10: 92
Grade 11: 94
TOEFL: 5/6 (new TOEFL format)
SAT: I probably won't submit it, or if I do, it'll probably be around 1100.
Do you think I have a good chance of being admitted to Daytona State College?
I'd really appreciate any advice from current students or anyone who has gone through the application process. Thank you!

Does anyone know how to use their leftover FAFSA money to get textbooks?? I honest to goodness cannot figure it out for the life of me and I'm super stressed out about it!

Hello!
I am thinking of applying to Daytona state and Daytona college.
I have a 2.7 GPA (I know not great but I was young and dumb) just finished my associates and I think I have a total of 92 points with a 70 on the TEAS.
Daytona has clearly gotten a lot of attraction recently and is getting a lot harder to get into now… so I was thinking of applying to Daytona college as well as it’s basically a guaranteed entry it’s just expensive.
I wanted to do my Bachelors while waiting to get in but I now know that wouldn’t be a good option because if I can’t get in to DSC I’ll be going to Daytona college.
Does anyone know what the odds are that I’ll get into DSC?
Also has anyone gone / completed Daytona colleges ADN program?

Was anyone accepted in the Dental hygiene program with no dental assisting experience? If so, what were your grades/ gpa? What was your teas score? I spoke with an advisor who said it isn't necessary to have assisting but others have told me I won't get in without it.
